Hot to Not

I'm sure by now everyone has heard the Hot to Not CD several times. The kids LOVE singing and dancing to the songs. They have a whole routine made out to one of the songs.

I just discovered an awesome website for practicing spelling words. You can enter your list and the computer will read the words to you so you can study, play games, and take practice tests. Now, I know spelling is not at the top of your list for off-track activities, but keep this in mind for when we get back!

Conferences

Parent Teacher conferences are next week. The kids brought home notes today with your scheduled time. (If you did not receive it, check the link on the side of the blog. And then ask your child what is happening to the papers I send home :) Both you and your child need to attend. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone!

Fantasy/Sci Fi Book Report

This month's book report is to be on a Fantasy or Science Fiction book. It is due Friday, April 3 and involves making a diorama. The kids received all the instructions earlier this week but they are also posted under the Important Links section of the blog.
