Welcome back everyone!
This week has been flying by! The kids are busy learning so much and I'm really excited to see them again. They remembered what to do and picked up right where they left off.
In language arts, we are reviewing fact and opinion. We're reading nonfiction books and will be starting to study character with realistic fiction very soon.
Our math lessons this week are on place value and patterns. The kids are solving some pretty complicated patterns! Be sure to ask your child about the Place Value Bear Story.
For social studies, we are starting to explore the first people of Utah. Over the next few weeks, we will learn about the ancient Native American tribes and the current tribes of Utah.
